I am based in Lower Stondon, Bedfordshire, but have customers all over the UK. If you are local to me you are welcome to drop off your clothes and collect your keepsake when its finished. If your require your keepsake to be posted it will be returned by a tracked service to ensure it is fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind.

Yes, I currently have a waiting list, our homepage shows when we are booking for. This allows me to give your keepsake the attention you deserves, but it also ensures I have the adequate space in the sewing room for your items. Each customer has their own storage box to ensure they are not mixed up with anyone else's. When ordering I will confirm where on the waiting list you have been placed, you will then be required to get your precious clothing to us no later than 7 days before, so we have them ready.

My current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the start date you are provided when ordering. Multiple Keepsakes may take slightly longer, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. I currently work on a waiting list basis, this means I only have your items of clothing for as long as necessary rather than up to 20 weeks like some of our competitors. As I progress through making your bespoke keepsake I will provide you with generic updates. If you would like photo updates specific to your order please let us know.

Yes, we understand that sometimes you might have decided on a last minute gift for someone. Therefore we do offer a fast track service whereby I can fast track you order and complete within 1-2 weeks and you won't have to go on the waiting list for an additional £20 per item. If you are restricted on time I can also send the keepsake direct to the recipient. Simply let me know at checkout when you need it for. PLEASE NOTE: This may not always be possible during busy periods.

Keepsake Animal The number of baby clothes suggested is based on the assumption that the sizes will be 0-6 months. If they are smaller in size its best to provide a couple more items to ensure I have enough to work with. Consider which clothes were your favourites or the ones that hold those special memories. The first outfit they wore, their coming home outfit or just that special sleepsuit you always put them in. Please let me know which items you most definitely would want me to include in the design. I can work with most items from vests and sleepsuits, to t-shirts and dresses but I do struggle with chunky or open weave knits. I do carefully interface all fabrics to help stabilise the fabrics but please be advised that the more variation of fabrics you provide the less uniformed your keepsake may look. Memorial Keepsake Animal If you intended on having a memorial keepsake animals, I require just one item of adult clothing, but you are welcome to send more if you wanted. If you are having more than one keepsake made we can mix and match the clothes across all keepsakes. Consider which clothes were their favourites or the ones that hold those special memories. Choose something that when you look at it, it triggers the happy memories you shared. Please let us know which items you most definitely would want us to include in the design.

I can work with most items from shirts and trousers, to t-shirts and dresses but I do struggle with chunky or open weave knits. I offer FREE embroidered personalisation on all keepsakes. If you are having a keepsake made from your child’s clothing I can embroider their name and date of birth onto the keepsake. With the animals this is generally on the foot pads. With the patchwork cushions & quilted blankets you can opt for an upgrade and have their name appliqued on for £10 extra. If you are having a memory keepsake made you have a couple of options: Simply their name In memory of xx With love xx Maybe a saying they always used If you are after anything particular please just ask when ordering and we can discuss your needs. With the memory cushions I will add the following quote: This is a xxx I used to wear, when you hold it know I am there. Love xxx If you would like anything please just ask.

Good news!! No, you don’t need to iron the clothes prior to sending them to me. There will be no judgement whatsoever from me. Because I prepare your fabrics by interfacing each panel I need to iron them anyway, so save your precious time and let me do it for you.

If you are not local to Lower Stondon, Bedfordshire there will be postage costs that will apply. If you are local, you are more than welcome to collect. As your keepsakes are made from your precious items I send them back via a tracked service, usually by next day delivery. On average postage costs are around £7-£16 depending on how many keepsakes you order. This is to ensure your keepsakes are fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind. Postage costs will be calculated at checkout.
