After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your space on our waiting list and where to send the clothes to. We would suggest you send your precious items of clothing by a tracked service for peace of mind.
Once work has begun on your keepsake(s), you will receive regular updates, so please keep an eye out for any additional information we might require from you.
Choose whether to have your completed keepsake shipped back to you or local pick-up to collect from Lower Stondon, Bedfordshire.
